He was taken into custody while working as an extra on a Christian film production
LOUISVILLE - Former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin was arrested Thursday by Bourbon County Sheriff's deputies while working as an extra on the set of a Christian film production in Paris, Kentucky.
According to court documents, Bevin had been evading an active bench warrant issued out of Jefferson Family Court.
He is serving a 60-day sentence for civil contempt at the Louisville Metro Detention Center.
His arrest stems from his refusal to submit required financial documents and unredacted records in a child support case.
