Versailles Man Sentenced After Pleading Guilty To Child Molesting

These charges stem from an October 2017 incident.

(Ripley County, Ind.) – A Versailles man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to child molesting.

Duane M. Meadows has been sentenced to eight years behind with two years suspended to probation on August 7.

The sentencing was handed down after Meadows plead guilty to two counts of Child Molesting (level 4 felony).

These charges stem from an October 2017 incident where Meadows was accused of inappropriately touching two children under the age of 14.

Meadows has been credited with 292 days served prior to sentencing.
