More charges are possible with this ongoing investigation

On Saturday April 22, Jennings County Deputies, with assistance from North Vernon Police Officers arrested two men for traveling to Jennings County to have sexual relations with what they believed to be 13 year old children.
James Warner, 52 of Columbus, was arrested when he arrived at a pre-determined meeting location to have sexual relations with what he believed to be a 13 year old female. Warner was placed under arrest without incident.
Preliminary charges:
Child Solicitation - Level 4 Felony
Dissemination of Harmful Material to a Minor - Level 6 Felony
Also that same evening Stephen Stonecipher, 68 of Corydon, was arrested when he arrived at a pre-determined location to have sexual relations with what he thought was a 13 year old male. Stonecipher was also arrested without incident.
Preliminary Charges:
Child Solicitation - Level 4 Felony
The investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible.
