Individuals picked up items
On March 29, 2019 three individuals were charged with criminal littering after a trailer load of old tires were dumped on East Prong Locust Road.
The sheriff's office has been investigating the dumping for the last week and yesterday the sheriff was able to catch the three dumping tires.
A Carroll County Deputy responded and charged the three. The individuals picked up the tires from the creek under the supervision of the deputy and the sheriff.
