Stabbing Leads to Madison Man's Arrest

Investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible

November 6, 2022, at approximately 5:55 PM Madison Police arrested Donald T. Wynn 33, Madison, Indiana, for; attempted residential entry L-6 felony, intimidation L-5 felony, battery L-6 felony and battery with a deadly weapon L-5 felony.  

Madison Police responded to the 150 block of Taft Drive, reference a stabbing.  Upon arrival officers located the victim, an adult male with a stab wound to the neck area.  The victim was transported from the scene, to Norton's KDH-ER for treatment of what turned out to be a non-life threatening injury. 

Madison Police Detective's Jeremey Perkins and Ricky Harris led the subsequent investigation which resulted in the arrest of Donald T. Wynn, who was located in a nearby apartment.  The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.  The stabbing occurred in the victim's apartment after a reported argument between the two men.  

Donald T. Wynn has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
