Recent Arrests for the Scott County Sheriff's Office

Scott County-On May 15, 2021, Deputy Eric Balingit responded to rural Scott County on a disturbance call.  Upon arrival, an investigation led to the arrest of Johnny Riley, 41, of Lexington, IN, for Battery and also for an out of county warrant.

On May 15, 2021, Corporal Johnney Coomer, acting on a tip, responded to Austin in an attempt to locate a female wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant.  Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Tiffany Coomer, 32, of Deputy, IN, for two out of county arrest warrants and Possession of Cocaine or a Schedule I or II Controlled Drug, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, Visiting a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia.
