Failure to Return to Lawful Detention
On August 12, 2019, Deputy John Smith with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to Scott County Community Corrections for a wanted person. Upon arrival Dustin Green, 35, of North Vernon, Indiana was arrested on a warrant for Escape, Failure to Return to Lawful Detention.
Deputies Johnney Coomer and Skylar Thompson with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to Berna Drive in an attempt to serve an outstanding warrant. Upon arrival Logan Roger, 22, of Scottsburg was arrested on a warrant for Escape, Failure to Return to Lawful Detention.
