Primary Election Day In Indiana

Jefferson Co. contested races

Voters have the chance to decide who'll lead their local communities today.  It's Election Day across the state of Indiana.  Voters will decide races for city council, primaries for mayor, and dozens of local tax increase questions.  Polls opened at 6 a.m. and will remain open till 6 p.m. 

Jefferson County contested 2019 primary election races:

Madison Mayor

R — Andrew Forrester

D — Julie Berry

D — Bryan Hernandez



Madison Council District 1

R — Mike Pittman

R — Patrick Thevenow

Madison Council District 5

D — Brody Bennett

D — Darrell Henderson



Hanover Council District 2
