Owen County Family Fatality Killed in Car Crash

Wrong Way Driver On Interstate

Six people including four children,died in a car crash Saturday afternoon on Interstate 75 near Lexington Ky.

The family from Owen Co 30 year old Catherine Greene and her 3 children were taken to UK medical center were they died from their injuries one child died at the scene. 

The crash occured around mile marker 104 when a car entered the northbound lanes of the interstate traveling in the wrong direction and crashed head-on into the Greene family car.

The driver of the car that was traveling the wrong way 38 year old Jamaica Caudill from Madison County was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Lexington Police are investigating this crash.
