The Madison Police Department believes James Ross was a significant methamphetamine dealer in our community.
(Madison, Ind.) - On March 2, the Madison Police Department alongside the Hanover Police Department arrested 40-year-old James R. Ross, Otisco, Indiana, on a warrant for two counts of dealing methamphetamine (level 4 felony).
The warrant for Ross' arrest was issued as a result of a narcotics investigation that lasted several months. The investigation was led by Madison Police Detective Kyle Cutshaw.
In addition to the dealing charges, Ross now faces an additional charge of Possession of Methamphetamine (level 5 felony). Ross was in possession of the narcotic at the time of his arrest.
The Madison Police Department believes James Ross was a significant methamphetamine dealer in our community. Currently, Ross is incarcerated at the Jefferson County Jail on a $50,000.00 cash bond only.
All charges are alleged, and James R. Ross has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty. Detective Cutshaw was assisted with the investigation by Detectives Shawn Scudder and Detective Ricky Harris
