(Jefferson County, Ind.) – On Monday, June 8, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 100 block of W. Horizon Dr. in Madison, IN on the report of a stabbing in a domestic violence incident.
After investigation, it was determined that a 35-year-old male was intentionally stabbed in the hand. The victim did have an injury to an extremity that was non- life-threatening.
Vittoria R. Workman, 24, of Madison was arrested and lodged at the Jefferson County Jail. Workman has been initially charged with Domestic Battery with a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 Felony).
