Multiple Arrests Made By Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies

(Jefferson County, Ind.) - On April 8, 2021, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Ohio Valley Crime Suppression Task Force executed an arrest and search warrant at a Jefferson County residence, 1502 Wehner Drive, in Madison.

The known resident, 33-year-old Robert B. Davis, had an active warrant through Jefferson County for felony Theft. During the service of the arrest warrant, criminal drug activity was observed.

The investigating deputies applied for and were granted a search warrant of the residence. The deputies located and seized suspected methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, marijuana, and paraphernalia.

The following individuals were arrested and transported to the Jefferson County Jail:

Robert Burdette Davis, age 33:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine (level 4 felony)
  • Maintaining a common nuisance (level 6 felony)
  • Possession of paraphernalia (class b misdemeanor)
  • Warrant for theft (level 6 felony)

Breanna Christine Bradley, age 19:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine (level 4 felony)
  • Possession of a syringe (level 6 felony)
  • Possession of paraphernalia (class b misdemeanor)
  • Visiting a common nuisance (class b misdemeanor)

Courtney Suzanne Langle, age 23:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine (level 4 felony)
  • Possession of marijuana-prior conviction (level 6 felony)
  • Possession of paraphernalia (class c misdemeanor)
  • Visiting a common nuisance (class b misdemeanor)

Noah Rave Kain Rogers, age 22:

  • Possession of methamphetamine (level 4 felony)
  • Visiting a common nuisance (class b misdemeanor)
  • Possession of paraphernalia (class c misdemeanor)

Charles Thomas Steele, age 26:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine (level 4 felony)
  • Visiting a common nuisance (class b misdemeanor)
  • Possession of paraphernalia (class c misdemeanor)
