Madison Police Arrest Two More Through Operation Predator Net

Operation Predator Net remains ongoing, and more arrests are expected in cases still under investigation.

(Madison, Ind.) – On Friday, October 9, the Madison Police Department arrested two additional men as part of their “Operation Predator Net,” for child solicitation.

The first man arrested was 38-year-old Andrew R. Coridan, of Freedom, Indiana. In the investigation led by Madison Police Detective Sergeant Shawn Scudder, Coridan traveled to Madison to meet with who he believed to be a 14-year-old female, with the intention of committing a sexual act.

Coridan was taken into custody after arriving at the agreed-upon meeting location on the charges of child solicitation (level 4 felony), attempted sexual misconduct with a minor, and disseminating harmful material to a minor (level 6 felony).

The second man arrested was 57-year-old Rick A. Deck, of Kokomo, Indiana. Deck traveled from Kokomo to meet up with who he believed was a 14-year-old female, with the intent to commit a sexual act.

Deck was taking in custody after arriving at the agreed-upon meeting location on the charges of child solicitation (level 4 custody), attempted sexual misconduct with a minor (level 4 felony), possession of marijuana, and driving while suspended.

The two are innocent unless otherwise proven guilty in the court of law.
