(Jennings County, Ind.) – On March 2, at approximately 11:20 p.m., members of the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant for Murder and Arson during a planned traffic stop.
The arrests of 37-year-old Michael Hubbard stems from a lengthy investigation that began in May of 2019 involving the death of Robert Head in Country Squire Lakes where Head was set on fire in a vehicle and later succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators from the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office spent almost two years gathering evidence and conduction numerous interviews where they were able to establish probable cause for the arrest of Hubbard.
Hubbard is currently being held in the Jennings County Jail without bond.
