(Madison, Ind.) - The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) will be conducting drive-thru COVID-19 testing in Jefferson County. The testing clinics are open to any symptomatic individual that is a healthcare worker, first responder, essential worker, and those who are in a high-risk category due to age or underlying health conditions.
Testing is also available for those who live in the same residence as someone who is in one of the priority categories. These tests will be nasal pharyngeal swabs that detect recent infection, and should not be confused with antibody testing. Antibody testing will not be available through these clinics.
Testing will be conducted Thursday, May 14th through Sunday, May 17th, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each day, at North Madison Christian Church – 1400 E. St. Rd. 62, Madison.
