INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana's unemployment rate declined in April.

According to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, the state's jobless rate fell to 3.9 percent, down from 4.1 percent the month prior.

By comparison, the national unemployment rate reported for April was 4.2 percent.
