Now 14 deaths related to the outbreak
The health department in Franklin County says two people are dead as part of Kentucky's ongoing hepatitis A outbreak.
Officials say the two died in Frankfort and had underlying health conditions that made their infections more severe.
Franklin County has nearly 30 cases of hepatitis A, and the deaths are the first in the county.
Statewide, the total has reached over 22-hundred and there have been 14 deaths related to the outbreak.
