Three Arrested
On Sunday 8/8/21 Hanover Officers were dispatched to Circle K in reference to a smoking vehicle and a man on the ground. During the investigation Officers discovered the operator of the vehicle who was inside the vehicle, Bobby Cooley, 36, was impaired. Bobby was arrested for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated, A Mis. and Serious Violent Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Level 4 Felony. *Hanover Officers were assisted by Hanover Fire Department and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Dept.*

On Monday 8/9/21 Hanover Officers conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. During the investigatory stop Officers discovered the passenger, Edward Kinnett, 39, was in possession of Methamphetamine. Edward was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony.

On Tuesday 8/10/21 Hanover Officers were dispatched to Subway in Hanover for a protective order violation. During the course of the investigation it was discovered that Jeremy Howard, 42, had violated a protective order and was taken into custody without incident. Jeremy was charged with Invasion of Privacy, Level 6 Felony.
