Scott Co. Sheriff Deputy Johnney Coomer responded to a property damage accident in rural Scott County.

An investigation led to the arrest of Jeremy Howard, 35, of Hanover for Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Possession of a Schedule I, II, III or IV Controlled Substance
