Kentucky River at Lockport Lock affecting the following counties in Kentucky...Carroll...Henry... Owen. The Flood Warning continues for the Kentucky River at Lockport Lock. * until Friday morning. * At 10:30 PM

Wednesday the stage was 38.7 feet.

* Flood stage is 33.0 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by early Friday morning.

* Impact...At 39.0 feet...Outbuildings and barns in Monterey begin to flood. Some yards near between Eagle Lane and the river in Perry Park flood.

* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 39.3 feet on Feb 20 2003.

Roads Closed:

Hampton Lane
Notch Lick Road
Carlisle Street (Old Carlisle)
Old Gilgal Road
Sheehan Road
2nd Street (Carrollton)
Sycamore Street 200 Block
Goose Creek Road

Roads Reopened:

Note: Jackson Road will remain closed until repairs are made.
