The final Two defendants in the deadly shooting in Dupont were arraigned last week in Jefferson Circuit Court via video court as both defendants are being held in different facilities while incararated.Both defendants were formally charged with the following Level 1 Felony Murder, Level 2 Felonies Attempted Murder,Attempted Burglary and Attempted Robbery Level 6 Felony of Obstruction of Justice. They also could be charged with Criminal Gang Enhancement which could add years to their sentences if convicted.Both men are being held without bond and are due back in court in September.
