Charge stems from an ongoing criminal investigation
Last night, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department arrested Ollie H. Birge 56, Dupont, on a preliminary alleged charge of Sexual Misconduct With a Minor Level 4 Felony.
The charge stems from an ongoing criminal investigation led by the Sheriff’s Department.
Birge was arrested in Dupont and transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he awaits his initial court appearance on the alleged charge.
Birge was arrested on a warrant and his bond was set at $10,000.00 cash only.
