Carrollton Utilities Reports Scam Payment Calls

The utility company will not call and ask for payment

Important Information: An issue has recently been brought to our attention. Customers are receiving calls from people impersonating Carrollton Utilities employees and are being given the following number (800-316-9850) to make payments. Please do not call this number and make any type of payment. Our numbers are listed on our webpage and our bills, if you need to call and make a payment. We will not call and ask for a payment over the phone.
