Carrollton Police Identify Subject Distributing Offensive Materials

This incident occurred on January 19.

(Carrollton, Ky.) – Yesterday, the City of Carrollton Police Department released information regarding an unknown subject(s) going through town distributing offensive material to resident’s front yards.

The matter being distributed was sandwich bags that contained various food items and letters.

Officers, with the help of the Switzerland County Police Department (IN) were able to identify the subject as a 59-year-old male from Chicago, Illinois. At this time the police department stated that they will release his full identity when charges are filed.

They would also like to thank community members who submitted tips to find him.
