Carrollton Fire Department Fundraiser

(Carrollton, Ken.) - This Saturday, February 1 will be the Carrollton Fire Department’s annual fundraiser for the WHAS Crusade for children.

This year’s fundraiser takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Kroger Parking lot with the White Castle crave mobile.

With each donation, the WHAS crusade gives 100 percent of it to "help provide resources to make life better for children with special needs."

The fire department has been doing the fundraiser for the crusade for more than 37 years now.
