Field fire in Hanover over weekend
A burn ban continues for the entire area. On Saturday, Hanover Fire Department was paged to the report of a field fire on Saluda Road.
There was farm equipment running crops at the time of the fire. The fire was caused by a power line that fell in the field.
The fire burned approximately 3 to 4 acres.
Hanover was assisted at the scene by the Kent fire department and the New Washington fire department Clark County. There was no injuries.
