(undated) – Adding to the growing list of events canceled due to the pandemic, the 154th Chelsea Jubilee, one of Indiana's Oldest Festival, will be closed this year to the general public.
This closure to the general public is due to the state requirements of restricting the number of attendants to such activities.
Event-goers can expect the event to return in 2021 open to the public and ready to serve the community.
